Common Good General Counsel Speaks at National Association of Secondary School Principals Annual Convention February 27, 2005 On February 27, 2005, Common Good General Counsel Paul Barringer spoke at the National Association of Secondary School Principals (NASSP) Annual Convention in San Francisco, CA. Barringer's talk, "Is Law Undermining Public Education?" addressed the impact of law and litigation on public education and gave a history of case law that has had the effect of limiting principal and teacher discretion.
The NASSP Convention ran from February 25th through the 28th and was entitled, "Take Charge of Learning."
