Bill Bradley Endorses Health Courts The New American Story, March 2007 In The New American Story, former senator and presidential candidate Bill Bradley endorses Common Good's proposal for health courts:
"If we had health courts presided over by judges who were health experts, trial lawyers would be less likely to go on fishing expeditions and the nation's doctors could practice medicine again as they see fit, instead of covering themselves by overprescribing and overtesting. Doctors who make egregious mistakes would be punished, but frivolous lawsuits would be thrown out." » more
