Multiple Strategies Can Control Malpractice

In his letter to the editor, Thomas D. Kaminski advocates the creation of health courts, calling them “real and lasting reform” for the medical justice system.  Medical courts, he suggests, would rid the system of “capricious juries” and would promote consistency in a system that currently fails to properly compensate victims or to protect innocent physicians.
