Health Court Creation Gains Diverse Support Adriel Bettelheim

Widespread support for health courts is building throughout
Congress, according to a CQ Weekly article. Health courts, “the
brainchild” of Common Good founder and chair Philip K. Howard, continue to
receive acclaim from leaders and organizations who believe this new system will
re-establish justice in medical malpractice, including the Progressive Policy
Institute and Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist (R-TN).
