South Florida Sun-Sentinel, July 10, 2005
In an editorial, the South Florida Sun-Sentinel endorses
the Fair and Reliable Medical Justice Act, a bill which would fund the creation
of pilot health courts in multiple states. Voicing the paper’s support for
Common Good’s health courts initiative, the editorial states: “BOTTOM LINE: Such
courts could do much to solve the state’s medical malpractice crisis, so
