On February 25, 2003 the Manhattan Institute sponsored a lunch forum on this topic featuring Common Good Chair Philip K. Howard and Dr. William R. Brody, President of Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Brody is also a member of the steering committee for Common Good's medical justice petition calling on Congress for an entirely new system of medical justice. The petition and its distinguished signatories were released on the date of the Manhattan Institute Forum.
