S 1337 - Fair and Reliable Medical Justice Act

Senators Michael Enzi (R-WY) and Max Baucus (D-MT) have introduced this legislation in the U.S. Senate which would create special health courts on a pilot project basis. A hearing on this bill was recently held by the Senate Heath, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee in June 2006.
